I am Aniket Parulekar, an Assistant Project Manager at Instalogic Solution Private Limited. I have been working in the BFSI sector for the past years and joined Instalogic Solution Private Limited on October 24th, 2024.

I am currently working on two separate government sector projects: one focusing on the social audit of government welfare schemes and the other on the financial impact assessment of these schemes.

Financial Impact Assessment of Government Schemes:

I have carried out financial assessments of various schemes for the Government of Maharashtra, focusing on budget allocation, resource utilization, and the overall financial impact. In collaboration with stakeholders, I evaluate the effectiveness of these schemes and identify areas for optimization. My assessments lead to policy recommendations and the creation of detailed reports that support informed, strategic decision-making.

Social Audit of Welfare Schemes:

I have conducted social audits for welfare programs scheme, evaluating their efficiency, transparency, and alignment with intended objectives. Throughout the audit, I identified any discrepancies and areas for improvement. Based on my findings, I provided actionable recommendations to enhance the implementation and monitoring processes of these programs.

Our Approach

Scheme Data Collection, Monitoring & Reporting

We tracked expenses and gathered beneficiary data of every scheme implemented by the department and submitted reports on region-wise ground-level impact. This helped the board predict future budgets.

Cost Benefit Analysis

Our team used key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial modelling to evaluate the ROIs of schemes to provide stakeholders with a clear understanding of the schemes effectiveness and guide necessary adjustments. This is to ensure schemes stay within financial constraints which maximizing their impact across the region.

Year on Year Comparative Analysis of Schemes

We conducted detailed analysis of Y-on-Y and six monthly comparisons of schemes along with impact study of direct and indirect costs of the schemes, so as to assess attainment of scheme objectives as also obtain key insights for future action.
